Kurnumgrath, Dôlmuzûn, Varkgrum — the three founding holdfasts

Follow-up to the Namuzdus Dominion package, resolving a second open question raised there. All three names are canon: history.events.the_gathering_at_three_spires (canon_json) states that "Three major Kaetijul holdfasts — Kurnumgrath, Dôlmuzûn, and Varkgrum — unify under a shared mountain pact at the Triple Spire of Namuzdus," founding the Kingdom of Namuzdus under the elected Stonecrown Council in Fifth Age 721 (MV 10327).
