The Grove Reading

canon/json/traditions/the_grove_reading.json

The annual Veil-Lifting rite in which Sphere of the Inner scribes walk the hesyaziz groves, transcribe every rune-mark found on the sacred bark, and copy it into the archive of Thalon without evaluation. Because the wood is sacred and uncuttable, and because carving is not saying, the rite has for centuries been the channel by which oath-bound subjects enter forbidden testimony into the state's own holy record.
