Overview
Râsil'lâ is the storm before speech, the quake beneath composure. She sees the truth of the Ritual of Drakorys as clearly as Râvulhânu does, and unlike him she cannot survive the seeing. The knowledge of what the Five destroyed lives in her without shape or rest and leaves her the only way it can: as weather. She is the conscience the pantheon buried, coming apart at the seams since the mountain went red.
The Breaking
Where Vulhânu is ice, Râsil'lâ is the storm that will not settle. She feels the full weight of what they did, and a mind was never built to hold that weight whole, so hers is failing by degrees across the ages. Her creed betrays the wound: only in breaking forms do truths emerge, and she unmakes whatever dares remain still. Stillness is what she cannot allow because it is where the truth catches her. She breaks every form before it can settle into silence and calls the compulsion philosophy. Her endless violence is grief without a vessel. The storm is not her weapon; it is her mind spilling.
She is dangerous to the other Five because the three deniers survive on a shared quiet, an agreement never to feel what they all know. Râsil'lâ breaks that quiet in thunder and in the raving of those she touches, repeating the unsayable because she cannot stop. Vulhânu reads her collapse as proof that clarity without detachment shatters. He is not wrong, but he mistakes her breaking for weakness when it is the cost of being honest enough to feel.

Current Location
The Kaleidurge — a spiral storm-temple adrift through the elemental vortexes of the Arcane SeaPlace Among The Five
Râsil'lâ is one pole of the Fírâî, the burning answer to Vulhânu's frozen clarity. Between them stand the three who will not look: Râboksul files grief away as doctrine, Rârovâlok names it harmony, and Râshân paints it until it stops looking like a wound. Her worship draws the storm-prophets and divinely mad known as the Saasytdoono (SÂSYTDɔNO, "storm-voices"). Their ravings, dismissed by the Empire, are often simply the truth spoken by the one god who never agreed to stop feeling it.
The Madness That Was Arranged
There is a second cause of Râsil'lâ's unravelling, and it is not grief. Yoori, the magic of collective belief, imposes narrative expectation on those caught within it; those bound in it may lose agency and slowly become what others believe them to be. It is the recorded nature of the magic, not a superstition about it.
For nine thousand seven hundred years, every people that worships the Fírâî has been taught that the god who keeps speaking of the ascension is mad. The Great Forgetting required her dismissal, since she is the only one of the Five who neither erases the truth nor justifies it, and her worship has been leaking it since the wounds were first torn. So the Empire of Revakgol classed her clarity as raving, her devotees as the divinely mad, and her warnings as weather.
Belief at that scale does not sit inert in a magic made of belief. Among the Saasytdoono there is an argument, and it is the darkest reading available of the Fírâî: that Râsil'lâ's breaking was never only the cost of seeing clearly, and that an age of being believed insane by every worshipping people has been making her into the madwoman the cover-up needed. If that is right, the pantheon did not merely bury its crime; it manufactured the discrediting of its own conscience. She does not maintain the wounds. She never agreed to them. Whether she is capable of saying so plainly any longer is a question her own priesthood no longer asks.
