Namuzdus Dominion: a homeland for the Kaetijul

Grounded on species.firgol.sentient.julhel.kaetijul (canon_json) and the Fifth Age history events: history.events.the_naming_of_namuzdus, the_gathering_at_three_spires, the_awakening_of_namuzdus, the_deepmetal_accord, the_deepmetal_wars, the_echoforge_compact, the_stonecrown_schism, the_echoed_crown_prophecy, the_namuzdus_izheim_innovation_boom, the_revakgol_namuzdus_border_war, revakgol_s_western_incursions (all canon_json). Cross-referenced against organizations.republic_of_izheim and countries_and_continents.continents.siniath.nations.kormistahl.kingdom_of_kormistahl for entity shape/tone. Country template guideline (canon/template_guideline/country.md) used as a completeness checklist.
