Establish the current political leadership of the Empire of Revakgol in 130 ABP by introducing the reigning Aalki: a Lokraasos of the Kairtis line named Lokyol (birth name Lirsa / LÍSA).

This fills the major gap in Sixth Age political landscape while remaining fully consistent with existing canon rules for Lokraasos (always female, spontaneous, rare, prophetic), imperial naming (…yol), and Aalki selection (trial and acclaim among the Dovjun, with lineage weight).
