# Ask

Establish the current political leadership of the Empire of Revakgol in 130 ABP by introducing the reigning Aalki: a Lokraasos of the Kairtis line named **Lokyol** (birth name **Lirsa / LÍSA**).

This fills the major gap in Sixth Age political landscape while remaining fully consistent with existing canon rules for Lokraasos (always female, spontaneous, rare, prophetic), imperial naming (*…yol*), and Aalki selection (trial and acclaim among the Dovjun, with lineage weight).

## Grounding
- `history.characters.zelguu_kairtis` (Kaemisyol / Dark-Fire)
- `history.characters.aasa_kairtis` (Zurgaasyol / Cleansing-Fire)
- `species.firgol.sentient.dovagoraan.lokraasos`
- `ranks.aalki`
- `countries_and_continents.continents.silgolt.nations.revakgol.empire_of_revakgol`
- Sigtaara: KÄMIS = dark, ZÚGÂS = cleanse, LOK = sky, YOL = fire

## Items in this package
1. New person entity for Lokyol (narrative biography lives inside the entity content)
2. Relationship edges linking her into the Kairtis / Aasa line and to the Aalki rank / Empire

## Open questions
- Exact birth year within “~30 ABP”
- Any specific policy acts or crises already associated with her reign
- Whether intermediate Kairtis generations between Aasa and Lokyol should be lightly sketched later
