Fírâî — Great Forgetting expansion, Ritual of Drakorys reconciliation, and Yoori-maintenance pass on the Five

Grounded in canon/json/history/events/the_great_forgetting.json (stub), the_reclamation_of_scars, the_elven_veil_lifting, the_myth_weaving_era, the_voided_archives, the_faith_forging, the_mythic_stabilization, the_silent_integration, the_closing_of_the_first_wounds (Second Age arc); the_first_landing_on_lotkrosis, the_lotkrosis_expeditions_multiply, the_lotkrosis_colony_attempts, the_witness_order_s_revelation, nostiriel_s_abyss_call (Fifth Age breach chain); magic.kaanurlmog.yoori (can_be_wielded:false, resists_falsehood:true, persistence:remembers-and-may-return); species.firgol.sentient.dovagoraan.dragons and .primordial.ruthsunvaar. Reconciles a real conflict flagged by a prior integration pass: the existing the_ritual_of_drakorys content (added under sources.rework, now superseded) asserted the liturgy 'never hides the extinction,' which cannot stand beside the_great_forgetting's suppression mechanism. This package treats the Forgetting as canon and rewrites the myth as a reconstruction from leaked memory rather than open testimony. The five field_patch items on the deities and the pantheon overview were verified against current canon (fetched live) to contain none of this Yoori-maintenance material yet, except rahboksul/rahsil_lah/overview which were checked directly; rahrovahlok and rahshaan were inferred to be in the same pre-pass state by pattern and should be spot-checked before canonizing. Full reasoning, inference flags, and open questions accompany this package in an out-of-band document (Fírâî Candidate Package) already shared with the worldbuilder.

The extinction was not the end of what the Five did. In the year after their ascension they tore wounds through Yoori, the magic of collective belief, and used them to suppress all memory of dragon origins and of the rite itself across every people in the world. The Great Forgetting ran in phases for twelve hundred years: suppression first, then a replacement narrative in which the Fírâî sent visions recasting dragons as false ancestors punished for hubris, then the loss of what evidence scholars had managed to gather, and finally a settled forgetting comfortable enough that nobody thought to question it.

By its end dragons had become pure myth on every continent, and the three Dovagoraan peoples had emerged from hibernation with no knowledge of their own draconic heritage, worshipping the killers of their kind as echo-gods born of a cataclysm nobody could name. This is the act that makes the pantheon's private name for itself exact: the first crime killed a kind, the second denied that the kind had ever lived. The wounds were never closed. They are maintained still, and the maintenance has become the pantheon's true structure.
