Package overview — framing for reviewers, not lore to import into canon.
Ask
Collapse the Great Wyrm War twin into history.events.the_great_wyrm_war, and retire military_conflicts.great_wyrm_war.
Why this is now a migration rather than a rewiring
Package 142 was canonized before this decision was made. military_conflicts.great_wyrm_war now holds the full article, the four campaign phases, and seven child_conflicts edges to seven canon child entities. All of that has to move rather than simply be re-pointed.
Defect being fixed
The summary patch from package 142 was canonized verbatim, including its reviewer note. The live canon summary currently ends: "NOTE FOR REVIEWER: the current summary spells the Vaazaa'Dovaajun's birth name 'Zelguh Kairtis'..." That was my error — a note meant for the review layer written into a field that gets promoted. The merged entity here carries a clean summary. The underlying spelling issue is resolved by the merge itself: the retired entity was the only place 'Zelguh' appeared.
Items
Item 2 — full replacement document for history.events.the_great_wyrm_war. Carries every content section from the military_conflict entity verbatim, plus its relations, plus the existing age edge. Type stays event, subtype stays third_age, so the Atlas browse entry under Event / Third Age is preserved. The four incoming references (Kaemisyol ×2, Consolidation Wars, Ashen Regency) already land here and need no change.
Items 3-9 — remove parent_conflict → military_conflicts.great_wyrm_war from each of the seven children.
Items 10-16 — add parent_conflict → history.events.the_great_wyrm_war to each of the seven children.
Item 17 — retirement note. Deleting a canon entity is a human action; the file has to go by hand.
Ordering
Item 2 before items 3-16, or the children will briefly point at nothing. Item 17 last.
Carried forward without change
The overview content section duplicates the four narrative sections concatenated, with WorldAnvil @[...](Article:uuid) link markup the split sections lack. It is carried verbatim rather than dropped, because a merge that silently loses a section is worse than a merge that leaves redundancy. Worth a separate cleanup pass — either delete the duplicate or port its links into the split sections.
Open
The seven child entities keep the military_conflict type and their military_conflicts.* ids. Only the parent collapses. If you would rather the whole cluster live under history.events.*, say so and this package needs redoing — it would mean seven new entities and seven retirements rather than one.
