Coined names from generate_names (sigtaara, seed 'wyrmwar-battles') and lookup_lexicon roots murfetyh/tin (river), netin (ash/coal), fojaa (gate), ga'hkoosyh/lusrohook (mountain/rock). No canon names were altered except a spelling correction flagged in item 3.
