Correct Kaemisaedhel origin — remove false Kaelotaedhel creation claim

Grounded on original WorldAnvil article for Kaemisaedhel (user-supplied 2026-08-13). Current MCP entity species.firgol.sentient.lahkiin.kaemisaedhel and candidate Kingdom of Kormistahl both contain an unauthorized origin statement absent from the WA source. Also cross-checked history.events.the_fracturing_of_siniath and history.events.creation_of_the_kaekreaedhel.

Ask

Remove the false claim that the Kaelotaedhel created / banished / magically altered the Kaemisaedhel during the First Blood of the Boughs.

Grounding

The original WorldAnvil article for the Kaemisaedhel (supplied by the worldbuilder on 2026-08-13) contains no such origin statement. It describes them as emerging in the Second Age as an enigmatic counterpart to their kin, indigenous to the eastern mountains of Siniath, with genetic ancestry Hah'Slen and origin/ancestry Nidis + Solmi.

The incorrect text was introduced later (most likely during JSON migration or when the Kormistahl entry was drafted). It currently appears in two places:

  1. species.firgol.sentient.lahkiin.kaemisaedhel
    - content.culture.origins
    - content.lore.origin_myth
  2. countries_and_continents.continents.siniath.nations.kormistahl.kingdom_of_kormistahl (candidate)
    - history section opening sentence

Items in this package

  • Field patches that replace the fabricated origin statements with text that matches the actual WorldAnvil source.
  • No new lore is invented; the patches only remove the unauthorized claim and restore neutrality consistent with the source article.

Open questions

  • What is the actual origin of the Kaemisaedhel? The WA article is silent beyond Second Age emergence and the Nidis/Solmi ancestry labels. A positive origin statement may be wanted later.
  • The First Blood of the Boughs remains a real Second Age conflict event (The Fracturing of Siniath); only its misuse as Kaemisaedhel origin is being corrected.
  • The Fourth Age creation of the Kaekreaedhel from Kaemisaedhel stock is unchanged and remains correct.

set on species.firgol.sentient.lahkiin.kaemisaedhel at /content/lore/origin_myth

Proposed value

No canonical origin myth of creation or alteration by the Kaelotaedhel is present in the source WorldAnvil article. The Kaemisaedhel are described as emerging in the Second Age; their deeper origin remains open.

Proposed value

Canon anchors, with proposed connective framing between them.

The Kaemisaedhel are present from the Second Age, indigenous to the eastern mountains and subterranean networks of Siniath. Between MV 7100 and 7200, in the Fourth Age, persecution drove many of them off the continent. Part of the people went into the eastern mountains. Part crossed the strait and founded Kormistahl.

Proposed, dates open: the first two centuries on the island were spent underground and hungry, and the kingdom's institutions come from that period. The groves began as burials in ground too wet to hold graves and hardened into the sacred fact they now are. The crown emerged out of the landing-compacts as a way to stop houses selling each other's access to Siniath buyers.

Through the Fifth Age the island stayed out of the continent's wars. The Kaekreaedhel uprisings, the reformation of the Triumvirate in ASS 1494 (MV 11100), the Unity Edict of MV 12580 and Thalon's completion of surface control by MV 12870 all passed without Kormistahl being brought in. The kingdom credits its own resolve. Outside observers note that Thalon was busy, that the strait is wide, and that an island of graves and caves is a poor prize.

Since ABP 1 (MV 12871) the pressure has been steadier. Thalon's declared long-term agenda includes reasserting influence over Kormistahl. Nothing has been attempted openly by 130 ABP (MV 13000). The Kormistahlin do not read that as safety.
