The Duchy of Tuzraag

canon/json/countries_and_continents/continents/silgolt/nations/tuzraag/duchy_of_tuzraag.json

The upland corridor between the Namuzdus holdfasts and the river countries below, and the only road by which Deepmetal reaches the west in quantity. Tuzraag licenses passage and is forbidden by its own founding compact from owning any part of what passes: no duke, factor, or stage-holder of Tuzraag may buy, hold, or carry goods on their own account. It is the country that owns the road and nothing on it, and that refusal is the whole of its sovereignty.
