The Great Separation

Before time itself came into existence the material plane was still just a part of the Pah'Nad (lit. 'All-Thing'). Then came the first thought, giving everything context and meaning — and the Pah'Nad split itself in two. From this rupture were born Fir'Gol (the Mortal-Land) and Yoos'Okaaz (the Arcane Sea), separating the physical and magical aspects of reality.
